Cancellation Policy

We indicate below the cancellation policy for all courses and rental services that we offer at Franz Surf School.

Cancellation or modification requests will be considered valid only if received through:

SURFING LESSONS

In the following cases the customer will have a refund or credit:

If the customer gives more than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

In none of the following cases the client will have any type of compensation nor will the amount paid for the course be refunded:

If the client cancels a class with less than 24 hours notice, except if cancelled due to injury or illness (the client must present a medical statement prior to signing up for the class).
Failure to appear at the place, date and time agreed upon in the reservation.
The presentation of the client with clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, will not entitle the client to any refund of the amount of the activity and the school has the right not to provide the activity for the safety of the client.

BOARD RENTAL

If the client cancels the reservation with less than 24 hours notice, except if cancelled due to injury or illness (the client must present a medical report).
No refund or credit will be given for the client’s no-show at the place, date and time agreed upon in the reservation.
No refund is given to the customer in case of early return of the surfboards.
